Venkata is an IBM Master Inventor, a Quantum Ambassador and a AI Neuro-Symbolic Sub-Theme Lead. He is an experienced leader in artificial intelligence with a demonstrated history of innovation and product creation. Apart from that he is a strong researcher who has not only developed new products and published in top venues but has also been recognized as a master inventor. His focus is currently on AI Reasoning and Quantum AI/ML. With his current work he follows the goal is to set up Quantum Computing as a leading area of research in India. Up until today he accounts for 6 products, 34 patents, 150 papers and 2600 citations.
In his talk his goal is to demystify this spooky modern technology, talk about breakthroughs that are currently happening and which industry could benefit from new Quantum Technology. He will also address the development of quantum in India and how it could benefit our beautiful country. If you are interested in why you should learn about Quantum Computing and which skills are required, you should not miss this opportunity. His talk will give you some guidance on how to start and show you resources that are available online. In the end of the day, our goal is to build skills together to help Quantum grow in India.

Launch of Quantum Fund in India
In the month of February 2020 Government of India had announced INR 8000 Crore rupees dedicated to promoting Quantum Computing in India. The fund would be focusing on quantum communication, simulation, meteorology, and sensing. The fund is set to launch in the month of August.

The enormous power of Quantum Computing is likely to be capable of hacking any device on this planet within this decade. Cyber Security majors are racing to develop a protection against quantum powered hacks of the future. Fred Thiel, CEO of Marathon Digital Holdings mentioned that “the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) has been working on a new standard for encryption for the future that’s quantum proof.”

Is Apple of Quantum Computing on the horizon
When hardware expertise of Honeywell and the software expertise of Cambridge Quantum Computing decide to merge to set up a new entity, experts welcome this move as the Apple of Quantum Computing is in making. About 350 people will work for the new company, including 200 scientists, including 120 Ph.D.’s. We look forward to learning next updates from this new team.

When a rapper teams up with a Google’s Quantum Lab, Qubit becomes more melodious.
Baba Brinkman, a Canadian rapper and dramatist, isn't a scientist, but that didn't stop him from writing and recording this brilliant rap about quantum computing. The tune "Qubits" is from his eleventh full-length album Bright Future, which also features "Molten salt" and "Stirling engine." Indeed, Google's AI Quantum Lab provided help, and its creator Hartmut Neven served as a technical adviser on "Qubits," which was cowritten by J Simmonds, AKA Mr Simmonds.
